Also why do you always put the teleporter in the games?
I enjoy running jokes.
First Riddle School, now Henry Stickman!? My childhood is dying right in front of my eyes.
Jk, not really. Gonna miss Henry though. Oh, and how much will it cost?
Too early to tell what the price will be but I would want it to be worth the price being charged. I think it's better to end it than to run it into the ground.
puffballsunited since are you not going to make henry anymore i will be so disapointed if your not making it anymore
sorry
Really sad to hear this will be the last game. I remember when I first played Breaking the Bank. It took less than 5 minutes to complete, and I thought it was amazing. Now when you look at games like escaping the prison, stealing the diamond and infiltrating the airship, it's stunning how the games have developed. I've always admired your games, and how you never made people pay for them. I totally understand why you're putting it on Steam, it's a nice way to wrap up the series, and you deserve it. Thanks for the years of entertainment and laughter, and I hope you go on to make more games and more people laugh.
P.S. Do you think you could add a device from Gadget Gabe that takes Henry out of the computer screen from the 2D world to the 3D world? You could make it a funny fail or a cool ending. It's your choice.
Thanks for the support! There will def be Gadget Gabe devices but we'll see what they do.
The new sprites in that picture look amazing.
:D
.
puffballsunited i am going to make the same stickman as you will it be copying i will be sad if it will
I mean, I would encourage you to come up with your own characters but if you feel like making a fan game then you do you. Can't say other people wont accuse you of copying though.
and also i meant my series would come out on March 15 sorry.
Random idea, and I know you probably won't do it, but how about making spin-offs? E.g. games based around his family or childhood, or in the future when his child(ren) carry on his work? Just a few ideas you could use. I mean, I know it probably won't happen, but... no harm in asking, right?
I think I'd rather just move on. There are so many other ideas for games I'd like to visit.
Also will charles join henry in that game i know ellie was going to be in game and what is the secondscene going be?
Of course.
Sounds great! But its sad series will end...
Better than running it into the ground.
Wow!
that looks like it's gonna take a long time! sure will be worth the wait!
:D
I hope so!
I thought that would be the case. Would have been interesting. I might do that myself actually, if it's ok, but I need to know what software you use to do it. I also don't play/watch many stuff to be able to add in references if I do do it.
I use Flash. It's up to you, make what you'd wanna make!
Hello! Henry Stickmin.. Ahh.. Um. Yeah. I may not be following the Henry Stickmin Series for as long as the others but I''m sad but happy for Henry.Maybe you could do a Time Machine, that could explain why the previous games happened again.
The Henry Stickmin series is already near it's end.I've only been a fan for the last year and already this series will end? I first found out about this series when my sister showed me Escaping The Prison, then I went on to search for the other games and there I found it.The Henry Stickmin Series,I has happy he gave me alot of haha, alot of sadness but mostly epic thief action. After a decade of Henry, the series has grown a fanbase that is very stable.I'm sad about his departure and the only fanbase that i can go to if Henry goes is The SOnic Fanbase <It's crazy in there>.I'm surprised Sonic lasted this long with a very very unstable fanbase filled with alot of crazy fanfics and good sonic art appearantly.I don't get it either,The sonic francise is locked to it's own timeline but it has lots of fanfics whereas The Henry Stickmin is very expandable but i only found one fanfic.Anyway,I want to give my farewell to Henry and I hope he continues to live on in our memories.
P.S. Definitely buying Henry's last game!
Haha you went on a pretty big Sonic tangent there. Feel free to write fanfics if you want! Thanks for enjoying the series! :)
How far is development?
I have not started any art or animation for the finale yet. I've updated all the art for Escaping the Prison and am now on Stealing the Diamond. Like I said.. It's gonna be a while...
Will Charles and Ellie meet? I think if they were combined with Henry they would be unstoppable. Unless Charles has a plan, of course.
Perhaaapppss.. I dunno yet.
Hello. Did you see a message sent by me?
I'm looking forward to your reply.
I did, sorry for the late reply.
hey puffballsunited you sould make a book about henry stickman aidan told me that and please put my name in there!
Hmm... nah
Yes! I've been waiting so long for a steam version to happen.
I'm glad! Hopefully it lives up to it!
Original 5 rough completion estimates
Just doing some rough estimates based on Puffballs most recent progress updates, I would say that updating the rest of the games in the series will probably take somewhere between 6-8 months. Based on those numbers we probably won't see anything concrete for the 6th game till early 2018.
Game 6 estimates
Again these are just rough estimates based on the updates Puffballs has given about his current progress. However, it took Puffballs about 10 months to make fleeing the complex, and while I don't know how easy it would be to integrate all 6 games into one collection, my guess is it's going to be a while. The collection probably won't get released until late 2018. Keep in mind these are not the most accurate estimates, but they do at least help set some expectations.
More conservative estimates
It is entirely possible that it won't take as long as I think. Infiltrating the Airship (3.5 years old) and Fleeing the Complex (only 1.4 years old ) are both relatively recent. This means there probably won't be as much to touch up. If this is the case Puffballs could be finished in as little as 5 months. We could possibly end up seeing something concrete for game 6 by the end of 2017. Although how long it will take for the games actual release will all depend on how big the game actually is, but we can say that it will at least be as big as Fleeing the Complex and so it will probably take at least 10 months to finish. So we could possibly be looking at a June 2018 release at the earliest.
This seems pretty accurate. I don't know how long it'll take to update the more recent ones but I think Stealing the Diamond will take the longest. Unless I end up really unhappy with some of the ItA backgrounds. I def think the finale will take longer than FtC, even though I had some rough patches when I worked on it (lots of days of getting nothing done).
I'll try and keep people up to date on a timeline but it's really hard to say and I don't like the stress of missing a deadline.

Oh sweet, I know I'll buy it.
