I've had many friends tell me that St. John's Wort tea helps when they are feeling anxiety or depression. Chamomile tea is supposed to make you relax, but it doesn't seem to help me much, I have to use the Sleepytime Extra tea (with a boatload of chamomile) to actually relax me. :)
Never forget, everything always works itself out in the end. Worrying does nothing but cause stress and ulcers. Make the best plan you can, but count on life messing it up before it sees the light of day. Laugh at it, put your face to the wind, and boldly move forward as best you can. :)
It sounds like you're an artist that needs a muse. I would recommend either getting this project completed ASAP, or finding some inspiration to add to the project that would re-generate your compassion for the project. Somebody mentioned doing a joint effort with another artist.. maybe that would help get it completed sooner? Either way, once it's done, you can find something that you're passionate about to fill the void. :)
