I love the way you get an epic feel from this song. It starts off with that epic melody, which then transitions to what I like the best which is the strings at 1:10. Almost makes it feel like a camera panning over our heroes as they progress on their quest. This would make really good soundtrack music! The melodies and counter melodies you have work very well together. The end almost makes it sound like the soundtrack for a trailer.

This song is really good! The melody works really well and all of the instruments fit together really well, but what makes this song for me is the calmer section at 2:05 and... More specifically the melody at 2:47. Just LOVE that part, and then of course the song picks up again! :D

I guess the only thing I don't like is that "HUH" sound. Reminds me too much of "Heaven Rd." by Envy. But, that's not your fault, so no points off. ;)

But I really couldn't stand that! I'm sorry. There were so many wrong notes. I dunno if you put them in there on purpose or not but they made the song sound really bad... Another thing that I think could've been better was at 0:15 where the notes get held until the next one. I always thought it would be more staccato-ish than lagato (If you know what those words mean).

On the plus side, I liked the choice of instruments. It was like an update to the games soundtrack. Some of them sounded a bit MIDI-ish though.

Overall, I hope I wasn't being too harsh. It's well put together, but wrong notes (Intentional or no) are a big pet peeve of mine.
